• What is my current point balance?
    To see your current point balance, you must first log in. After logging in, go to My Account and here you will see your current point balance.

  • How do I update my contact details?
    To edit your contact details, you must first log in. Then go to MyAccount. Here you can edit your profile under My Profile.

  • How do I change my password?
    To change your password, first log in. Then go to My Account. Here you can change your password under My Profile.

  • What should I do if I forgot my password?
    Go to the login screen and click on the forgotten password link at the bottom. You will receive an e-mail to reset your password.

  • When will my gift voucher be sent?
    These are sent every Tuesday and Friday via e-mail to the e-mail address registered in the LOYALTY program. Also check your spam if you can't find the voucher.

  • What happens if I leave employment?
    If you leave employment, your account will be suspended after 60 days. Specifically, this means that you have 60 days after the end of your employment to redeem your accumulated points.

  • How do I create an account?
    If you start working for Flexspecialisten, an invitation is automatically sent to the e-mail address with which you are registered with us. Via the link in this e-mail you can register your account.

  • I have a new e-mail address, what now?
    Does your e-mail address change? Please report this to your contact person at Flexspecialisten. Your e-mail address must be the same as the e-mail address with which you are registered in Plan4Flex.
